Bought a 15000 dollar car only to have the brakes go soon after. And then suspension go on it . Rang them and they said oh well. They lied to my face when they said it was roadworthy 5000 to get it road worthy again. Get a rac check on vehicles bought from bunbury wholesale shiftey people. Then make out its your fault . Way to do business guys
Car dealer: efficient, bought a car quickly and it was a good deal. Map and directions on Google Maps is hopeless.
I have recently moved to Australia from UK so was a little apprehensive purchasing a vehicle. Purchased a vehicle from Shane. Headed home and disaster struck, engine light came on. Messaged Shane about it and he was very apologetic told me to bring it back, and provided me with a car in the mean time. Repairs happened then a few days later it happened again. Shane immediately took the car got it sorted and even kept it a few days to make sure it was running good. I am very grateful that he did everything he could to help me out.
I initially asked the salesman to put a deal together for 2 cars, when we came in to sign the papers he had only 1 car, the one my better half wanted. But on our initial visit the first salesman seemed annoyed that we wanted to test drive several cars. Which had put my wife off salesman altogether. Also because we purchased the car at the asking price you would think that they would at least fill up the fuel tank. Any way wife is happy with her car.
We purchased a vehicle to donate to a lady escaping domestic violence. Shane helped us out generously with the price, selling it much less than he needed to. Very much appreciated!
