Purchased a new Isuzu truck from these guys. Normal Covid wait like everyone else. Pricing was spot on the first time. Communication was great. Organised a custom tray through GT fabrication.
Would be good if there was a courtesy car that could be loaned for long periods of time, good for regional customers. When the service was done my car was pulled round to the front with all the windows down and car completely full of thick dust. Slightly annoying to have to clean it all again. Aircon is making a weird noise now since service.
Friendly, helpful staff. A great experience, from the booking to the service. They even ran me into town and picked me up when the truck was ready. Highly recommend and they will definitely see me again. Thanks all.
Dropped off LSU Dmax for 90,000km service. Was ready to be picked up by the time they had specified. Had the additional comments from service explained to me. Itemised account showing jobs completed, parts and service sundries used and costings of each. Very happy customer thankyou

The service was efficient and the courtesy car was great. The paperwork needs to be updated as it STILL has the original owner on the print outs and my name was wrong on the order form.
The service team are great, the whole process of getting the car serviced is super easy from drop to pick up including getting taken to and picked up from work

Had our Isuzu Motorhome serviced by these guys in Dec 22 prior to travelling East $1900 odd dollar cost /they broke the door handle to the Motorhome but luckily I found it before leaving. We head off over East and truck NQR450 goes into limp mode near Kimba South Australia we get towed to Port Lincoln $2200 Isuzu dealer at Port Lincoln check it and finds the fuel filter is the original one Dec service we were charged for a fuel filter which apparently wasn’t done. I contact Dealer Principal at Southwest who was extremely rude and tells us we got a bad load of fuel when Port Augusta dealer says fuel filter has never been changed. Very disappointed with our treatment and Dealer Principal ignoring my emails for compensation
