Hired a Nissan x-trail T32 and drove to Naracoorte the car ran very well not one issue awesome on fuel booking, picking up & return of the vehicle was a breeze

Great attention to detail from the staff who made pick up and return as simple, efficient and quick as possible. So much better doing a rental from here than the airport.
Not helpful staff. 10 years behind in operational excellence. Still require a physical credit card. Rude staff not even willing to listen and compromise the fact that some people don't carry physical wallets these days. Please come out from under the rock and see that there is a better way of doing business.
Wonderfully helpful staff. Wotif stuffed up our booking but these guys were fantastic in sorting out the issue and getting us on the road. Highly recommended.
The lady we saw offered excellent customer service and gave us a great deal. We also got a new Toyota Yarris Cross with only 2000klm on the clock.
Awful customer service - it’s worth paying the few extra bucks to rent from Avis down North Terrace a bit. Because I didn’t arrive right at the moment my reservation started, they said they ‘gave my car away to someone else’ and then had to take 30 mins to drive a car from the airport to this location. There were many other cars sitting there and I asked if I could just have one of those since they didn’t have the type I had reserved, and they said ‘every car is fully booked today, so we can’t give a car away that isn’t exactly what you booked.’ Thank goodness that hotels don’t give your room away if you don’t arrive right at check in time - who knew that was a thing a car rental agency would do!
