Came here on the weekend and ordered a bubble tea. They were refreshing and tasty. The pricing point is a bit high and if recommend asking for half the sugar as sometimes they can be very sweet. Nice customer service and very cool well lit tea store, decorated with floral arrangements.
I really like the unique pearl flavours they have compared to other stores. I especially come here for their matcha pearls in Matcha Love and their strawberry pearls in Strawberry Kisses. The prices went up which is unfortunate since they were already a bit pricey to begin with.
Order was a bit chaotic, staff probably need more training. Drinks were not made in order and it seems staff have no idea which order has been completed which hasn't. Store manager was very friendly and apologetic about the wait. Ordered the brown sugar bubble milk tea, pearls were too sweet for my liking.
Lovely staff but left out chia seeds from Honey I'm Home no. 30 and said it is supposed to be left out even though it was stated on the menu.
Tried the rose greentea and classic taro milktea. Both just so average. What surprise me? They scooped the ices from sink?‍
So glad they opened up a new store closer to the city. Had their matcha milk tea. Very nice! Although I forgot to ask them to cut down the sugar level which made the drink sweeter than my normal liking.
