I ordered a wireless home printer online, two weeks later nothing arrived so phoned the store and they said they don’t have stock and no apology for lack of communication. I asked if they could suggest another product and they provided another Canon home printer but didn’t tell me it wasn’t wireless and needs a cord. So I eventually received the printer and couldn’t connect it without the cord that’s purchased separately. Very disappointing service and won’t use this store again.
From the moment we walked into your store on Saturday morning, we felt welcome and were quickly assisted by the young shop assistant to find the things we needed. We will be back after having very ordinary service at another well known office goods store. Well done everyone for your well appointed shelving displays and friendly staff.

Poor support at times, they can't be bothered I guess. Lack of staff or need more school ring-ins? No updates on books etc.. unfortunately they are the supplier of our school so have to deal with them.
Browns supply our office stationary and are so easy to deal with. Speedy delivery and very friendly staff. They regularly help with my request for “one of those thingys” that I can never remember the name of. Great local business.
They billed my card $500. Machine said it went through, bank app said it went through. I used PayPal and it took them 30 minutes to let me go. They treated me like a criminal.
Deliver Business to business next day. Great service. Great prices. Can't fault them. Locally owned and operated and doing all the right things.
Incredibly helpful staff. School shop done in half an hour. The first time in 19 years completed in under an hour. Highly recommend this business.
Great place to get your kids school supplies. Most schools are on there website and can order online.
