Waited 45 minutes for chilli fried rice. Ordered coconut juice which never came. Asked what happened to the juice and they said they had run out. Came and gave us an orange juice later which was actually pineapple. I guess it was an apology? Never really apologised but did not charge for the juice. The rice was good but shame about the service. No apology when we went to pay. I guess they expect a bad review? Well here it is Lie big. I don’t recommend anyone go here. Please avoid, do not pass go.
We had stopped here for dinner.. had ordered PadThai and Laksa. Decently priced and good taste. Staff was friendly and recommended local favs. There is lot of energy in the place. You can see what the chef is cooking :- this is a small diner with limited seating 5-6 tables. Since we had gone in off peak time we were able to walkin and get a table. But it might be good to book ahead if you are visiting this place in high season.
Good food, really good taste and flavours. Food arrived quickly and good service. Nice ambience with background music playing, not to loud. Ginger stir fried pork and garlic pepper beef.
This is a popular eating place, it would seem. I can see how the team can get under pressure at times. Our service was reasonably prompt and very courteous. The food was superb. Highly recommended. Take the opportunity to try some unfamiliar dishes. The only negative is that the premises are very tired and really not fit for the standard of cuisine on offer. Extensions to the rear cater for the numbers, but diners pass by storerooms, and along a passage piled high with supplies. I really hope they are able to secure a home fit for their business. Parking: Street parking. Midweek evening was busy but sufficient. Metered up to 5.30pm.
Please forgive the photos, we were famished and almost forgot! The calamari and takoyaki entrees are not gluten free but rave reviews were passed on! The garlic pepper chicken stir-fry was a huge mouthful of yum! The amount of chicken and the flavour was suprising to say the least, and paired with sticky rice, omg. All round we were extremely happy and i highly recommend giving this business a go.
The food was really good, REAL THAI FOOD TASTE! The staff & the chef very nice n try to do their job as quick as they can. But this resto very very busy and always full. From the front look small resto but when u enter the resto is long to the back, very comfortable and while waiting the food, the smell there will make u more hungry. For me, hard to get good thai resto, but the Liebig Asian Street food Awesome!
Good portions of food. Tasty food. Lovely place and ambience in general. Highly rate this place. Had 5 mates eat here. All of them loved it. We had chopstiks in 2 days ago and it was disgusting. Liebig has delicious food and it is definitely worth visiting for real Asian food. And I'm AsianFood: 5/5
Good food .. service a bit slow for the sunday night, the meat was a bit tough but overall very tasty food and good value for money
Last night we had delicious food, perfect service, at a beautiful restaurant, with lovely friends. We had platters of authentic Thai dishes to share and the portions were wonderfully generous. We loved every minute. I'm coming back with my family! A big thank you to all The Liebig staff.
The food and services were really nice here. Four of us ordered three side dishes and three main dishes. The beef salad is our favorite, yellow chicken curry and pad Thai are delicious as well. Everything was perfect
