they refuse to speed up an intervention order application I have made despite repeated threats on my life by mummy dearest. 90 points listed in the email I sent court overnight, increased from 54 written 12 years ago. I will again be there as soon as you open to attempt to fast track this application.
Horrendous!! My son who is on a pension was denied legal aid mind you he has the children.. They gave legal aid to his ex who earns at least $2000 a week.nWe waited all day for the ex who took us to court to rock up… the court appointed legal aid on her side constantly called her to come to court.nAfter all that she was a no show..nWe had to wait all day while they tried calling her.nLucky for the magistrate who seen through her bullshit and threw it out!nMen have rights too!nHe has the kids!!nYou treat men like second class citizens.nMy son has never been in trouble his entire life was treated terribly.nNot good enough.
Design of the checkin area is poor. Victims covered by interim intervention orders are expected to line up in the same area as the person they are seeking protection from when attending in person. Also no vending machine upstairs which means if you are there the whole day you may potentially bump into the person you are protected from if you try to access food. Incredibly poor design.
The court/staff are great but it is very shameful seeing professionals I would assume are lawyers all smoking at the front which looks bad on them and the court. You would expect the criminals in casual clothing to be the ones smoking but no.
My friend and I were treated unfairly today by Josh at the payment counter. He’s rude, ignored us while standing in line, genuinely he has no idea how to his job there. Terrible.
