I rarely write reviews but felt I couldn’t NOT leave one after the service I received today. Paul arrived within seconds of the appointment time. I found him to be extremely professional, friendly and empathetic to my situation. Taking in to account, his travel time to and from my address and the time that it took him to cut a new key for my vehicle, I was more than happy with the price. After I had already paid him and he was about to leave he noticed the flat tyre on my car, he offered to change it for me, I told him no it’s ok, he insisted, I told him I would pay him but he flat out refused to accept any money. AMAZING SERVICE!!! Talk about going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company.

They installed lock cylinders that are far too long for my doors. When I rang to complain they said the used those particular ones because they are better quality. I checked on the lock manufacturers website and they make different length cylinders including ones that would have been the perfect size for my doors. Checked with another locksmith who confirmed they used the wrong parts.

Had great experience with BrizSouth Locksmiths.  Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.  Problem solved quickly and for a reasonable price.  Highly recommend!

Extremely rude and arrogant.  Had just been robbed with many possessions all spare keys to the house stolen and was calling around to try and find a locksmith that would accept invoice for payment as the homeowner, who is currently in Scotland, would need to pay via direct deposit.  This 'gentleman' who I imagine is likely the owner, became quite hostile and rudely asserted they only take cash or card (a luxury you don't have after being robbed) because he was sick of being 'ripped off'.  Now actually this is a valid and completely understandable reason as many other locksmiths I contacted politely told me they had the same policy however it was this muppet's attitude that prompted this negative review.  Furthermore another family member contacted him (not knowing I had already called) and the owner blew a gasket once again.

My suggestion is to call ESL Lock Professionals instead who changed all the locks (8 in total) repaired a door and was paid the following day via EFT without issue.  Take note of how it's done 'BrizSouth'.
