Huge shout out to Gabriel from Brisbane BMW. I had been looking for my perfect BMW for a very long time, I had test driven my choices at other dealers and found the model I wanted. I walked away from 2 dealers due to poor customer service. I spend a huge amount of hours in my vehicle every week for work so I wanted to know that my customer service experience wasn’t just for the purchase, but for long-term. Gabriel was so wonderful and professional from the get go, I didn’t even test drive the vehicle! Today when I picked up the vehicle Gabriel spent quality time ensuring I was satisfied and spent time showing me all the features, even setting up my apps. Then finished up saying he would check in with me later in the week to make sure all was well. I look forward to the continued services of the wonder staff at Brisbane BMW. Georgia at Brisbane Mini Garage went above and beyond from my initial interest in purchasing a Mini, to the delivery of the Mini Countryman. Georgia was extremely helpful and answered every question I had and answered messages and calls even on her day off work. At the second delivery , they took the time to answer the questions I had and filled my tank up again. Even todayover a week after delivery, I messaged a question to Georgia and she answered immediately. So helpful and professional. Georgia, Josh, Paige, Robbie and Earl have been amazing! Just had first proper service with Mini in Fortitude Valley. Excellent experience. Seemless drop off - really friendly service team, serviced the car as required but also comp’d my Uber fare home, cleaned the car and buffed out the scratch down drivers side rear door! Made my day! Beep Beep Mini!

I love Mini car but won't get it again because of the poor customer service quality, from placing order, collecting the car to multiple negative car service experiences post-purchase. I always call to make a service appointment, but they always leave out important information or simply give wrong info. Once I was told to just drop by for a quick check on something, when I arrived I was told to come back another day with a former appointment. Another time I booked in for a service on a Saturday, only to find out they cannot charge the service fee to my lease company due to weekend. I could either pay or come back another time note that I am heavily pregnant. They could have told me this when I book the appointment. There is no empathy. One thing that is consistent, is the poor service attitude.
Andrew and all the team at BMW Fortitude Valley provide fantastic service from the build of the car to delivery. Can’t fault their service. Really happy with my X5. Thank you.
Everyone was great, Robble was fantastic and really looked after us, made us very relaxed which is key when purchasing anything. Alot different to the experience with Toyota after purchasing a number of cars from them over the years.
