Working with Josh from Brisbane City Land Rover was an absolute pleasure from the moment we spoke over the phone to organise a test drive to our final hand over date. We bought a new Jaguar F-Pace from Jaguar Newstead where we had the chance to deal with Henry. He was extremely helpful and patient with our Jaguar F-Pace purchase. We always felt comfortable asking him questions and we very much appreciated his thorough knowledge of the vehicle, options and his overall professionalism. We just can hope that the delivery and after delivery service will be as good as that.

Had a great experience with Brisbane City Land Rover again.. have ordered my second car with Henry Raft... super professional, great attention to detail and efficient. Understand there's a wait on cars but he's set the expectation, so its just a matter of sitting back and waiting.

The service provided by Henry Raft and the team was second to none, and provided us the confidence, comfort and excitement that comes with buying a new car. Worst Service Center to get your Car service and part replacement. The staff will never call back and update you about status of your Car. They always pretend that they are super busy and book you after 30 days for simple part replacement which they take 3-6 months to get . Once you drop your car, they don't even touch your Car until next day or 2. I have dropped my car this morning for little part replacement and been told that the service will be completed by 3 pm. I have called 5 times to service line to existing booking, no one picked. I have then selected New Service booking line then someone picked straight away. She said she will get service manager to call back and no call back as usual. Tried to call back again around 5pm and same story, no one answering.. Would you kindly respect your customer and return their vehicle on time or at least have some dignity to call them and update on status of their vehicle? I need my vehicle tomorrow morning to travel to urgent meeting and don't know what to do. Manager@ LandRover , please improve your service standard!! Rocky Singh
Thank you Henry Raft for your excellent service. What a fantastic ambassador for Land Rover. Being new to the Land Rover brand Henry made the whole experience easy. He takes the time to understand what you need from the vehicle and shows genuine enthusiasm whilst helping you option a vehicle that will best suit your needs.
Would not recommend this service department. Car 'lost' for several hours after being informed the service was complete. Tried to charge for servicing even though the car has a service plan. And what's with the on-line booking system? You can select different hours but then they call you and insist the car needs to be at the service dept by 7.30am! Ridiculous. Why have a choice of different service times? Great at selling you a Land Rover product; hopeless with after sales care. Avoid them.
A new low in customer service has been reached. After buying a Land Rover recently now regretting I have placed 5 calls over a 3 week period to their service department with no return call. All for the simple task of fitting roof rails & racks....
