Story

Brisbane Air specialises in the provision of high quality and affordable air conditioning services:

1. Sales, service, design and installation of residential air conditioning systems (including ducted, split, zoned). We can offer climate comfort solutions for new and existing apartments, townhouses, one level and two level homes.

2. Sales, service, design and installation of commercial air conditioning installations. We can offer climate control solutions for new and existing buildings, for offices, restaurants, bars, clubs and shops.

Products

Brisbane Air can install any brand of air conditioning unit, however we do tend to recommend certain suppliers as our experience suggests that some air conditioner suppliers produce much more reliable products than others.

Our preferred and most recommended air conditioner brand is Mitsubishi Electric, however we also install Panasonic, Daikin, Midea and other brands.

Could not fault these guys, from the quote to the install they were very professional. They turned up on time, discussed everything with me.  They were courteous and friendly and did an absolutely amazing job.  Even cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Brisbane Air to anyone.

We recently lost our previous Air Conditioner unexpectedly, with a bump and a shudder a couple of weeks ago.  This time round we elected to approach BrisbaneAir and what a great move that proved  to be. Competitive, competent, efficient and clued up, these guys really do know what they are doing. 
The only one to slightly mess up was me, for not advising them of my electrical set up. Two reported blown fuses one afternoon, followed by a message to BrisbaneAir and they were straight onto it.  The electrician who came sorted it out in no time and we were back to normal within a couple of hours. 
Give credit where its due, these guys know their trade well, and respond appropriately.  Malcolm, Keperra

The whole service was great from the original inquiry to get someone to come out and quote, to the booking/payments, and dealing with the qualified install team. There was a slight glitch with our electrical connection that occurred a few hours after the original installation (nothing to do with the aircon unit). The guys were in touch with me promptly in response to an email I sent them after hours. I was really thankful that the same install team came out the next day to inspect and get us sorted. We’re very happy overall.

We originally looked at buying the same aircon directly from an online supplier and having someone simply install, but we reconsidered due to the advantage of having the warranty and workmanship covered for five years with a reputable aircon installer/supplier. You can try to save on costs by looking for a contractor who will simply do an installation for you, but for the peace of mind of having someone come out to check on warranty/fault issues for free (as part of purchasing a unit through the installation business), it’s worth paying a little extra upfront as an investment. We also sourced quotes from different aircon installers/suppliers but Brisbane Air was competitive in price. Other businesses quoting the same system were way too expensive (and that’s even before you add up the extras they were offering that we really didn’t need or want). 

Do your research for your air con needs and compare prices. We do highly recommend Brisbane Air for their competitive quote and great service.
