Friendly staff who explain things well, proper coffee machine, shuttle to city and TV while you wait.
Took my Cruze in for a service as it was misfiring and leaking coolant. Andrew diagnosed the problem and was incredibly accommodating and understanding of my circumstances. Milan was able to secure the fixes under warranty. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service.
First time ever dealing with a dealership and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff didn't seem friendly, wait times were ridiculous and the car I buy is left below empty forcing me to fuel up as soon as I leave with out even telling me. I just found it to be un professional organisation.
I always get my car serviced here. Amazing customer service and technical competence. Love the speed of service and free drop off service. Andrew has been my interface there the last 2 times.
