I really enjoyed the experience I had with this car wash! On arrival I was greeted with Great customer service by staff and manager, they made sure I got the best deal for what I had to spend and even through in a little extra. When everything was done my car looked brand new! I’ve been to a lot of hand car washes and by far bright hand car wash is the best! Highly recommend.

The last time I came here I drove away with such a sense of relief and satisfaction that I have FINALLY found a car wash service that lives up to my expectations. I drive for a living and I'll be driving here from my home on the Bellarine Peninsula from now on to get my 'baby' cleaned. Thankful indeed 😊 I'm waiting in the driveway now about to get my beautiful car's interior steam cleaned and detailed! So excited 😆

Upon arriving you are expected to negotiate a price (advertised prices are confusing with services listed ‘from $XX’ - meaning whatever price they feel like). Then you’re quoted a time period in which to wait, in my case 30 mins. It took almost 2 hours. Then the EFT wasn’t working so I was sent to walk to the nearest 7-Eleven for cash which I had to pay $2.50 to get out. The manager had spoken to me rudely through a mouthful of food and was unapologetic about the EFT being down so I asked that the ATM fee be deducted from my total for cash payment or to pay the agreed sum via bank transfer. He argued with me aggressively over the $2.50 for ten minutes before demanding cash minus the $2.50 and telling me to ‘get out of here.’ Pity the manager was such a bully because the boys did a really good job of cleaning my car and the cafe makes a great coffee. Not worth feeling intimidated for.

Seroiusly one of thr best car washes around , friedndly staff , they actually love what they doing , drove to 3 difrent car washes and they were the cheapest for full detail 👌

On a very sunny and very busy Saturday I was very impressed with the speed and service from Ahmed and his team. Considering there were a lot of cars to wash, it was very speedy service and very very good finish! This would have to be the best car wash I have been to in a long time! Ahmed even removed all the bugs off my car after I had travelled interstate!
