Worst car wash i have ever been to. Doesnt accept new notes in the change machine, had to move from the first bay i pulled into because it didnt have high pressure soap on the dial. See attached photo. Then half of my time was spent waiting for the high pressure soap to come through the gun. And even then its so watered down that it wouldnt remove anything when up super close. A better car wash in the area is round the corner but i gave this one a try as it was on my way home

Please be careful when you use the auto wash. The machine doesn’t have loose change and will print you a credit ticket to collect from the office. I’ve been calling up the office since Nov 2022 and hear nothing. I still have 3 credit ticket with me. They’ll just ignore you and pretend nothing happened.  *Updated* Managed to get my refund back after communicate with the manager. Thank you

Paid $18 for the protect wash and the car wasn't dried, the tires weren't even cleaned and under the car wasn't even washed either. What a scam. Don't even think the rain X was applied. I think I paid $18 but got the $14 service.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a worse car washing facility. Only been here a few times and each time has been a disappointment but today was the worst. Inserted $8 worth of coins and went to choose “pre-soak”, after a minute of holding the trigger nothing had come out so clicked to “engine cleaner” which eventually started sputtering. Not wanting engine cleaner on the paintwork for too long I hit “HP rinse” and nothing happened, the terrible hand written stickers were a mess and despite trying every single selection numerous times and having nothing come out except engine cleaner I had to leave to go home quickly to wash the engine cleaner off the car. Previous experiences have been similar, with selections inoperative, leaking hoses and pressure so underwhelming you’d get better results leaving the car in the rain. Based on my own experiences and reading through the other unhappy customers I can’t help but feel as though this facility is owned by someone akin to a slum landlord. The single star of this review is only because there isn’t a choice to leave zero stars.

If you wait too long between washes then your car will never come out clean. I wash once a week and while never 100% perfect, it does a very good job considering it's touchless

Came to use the dog wash last night and let’s just say it was a waste of $10!! The water was freezing cold and no soap or any of the treatments came out of the nozzle, just plain cold water. Had to take the dogs around the corner to the other dog wash and laid $8 for 12 minutes and got soap and got water for the dogs.

The ‘high pressure rinse’ should just be renamed ‘flowing water’. The foaming brush struggles to produce bubbles let alone full on foam, they also have around five brush hairs on them.  Owners need to look into upgrading their equipment, replacing brush heads and offer card payments. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still up and running. The quality of the washes makes me seriously question how this place is still up and running. Washing more than cars maybe?

Used their car wash and decided never to use them as their soap left big weird marks on a new car which we then had to diff car wash pay again to remove what their car wash have done. We were in a rush and just used their dog wash and can’t believe there was no soap, shampoo, flea and tick rinse- wasted out dollars. This place should just shut down. They are stealing money for bo service or actually make it worse. On top of that no one can contact them, no goes straight to VM. Save ur bucks and don’t go here

Terrible carwash. Worst laser wash, waste of money. It was difficult to pay, and then trying the system to start: move forward, x, go back, again forward, mocking around 5 minutes trying to start the system. $18 and the car still dirty and it didn’t dry it as other similar carwash machines.

Don't bother going here, the machines are old and don't work but will still take your money. I lost money at this car wash and have tried to contact the owner through phone and email but of course the owner never responded.
