My mother and I mistakenly went to the Perth CBD salon instead of their flagship North Perth location - the staff were very accommodating and kind about allowing us to turn up for our double facial just a wee bit late as we frantically grabbed a cab from just that little bit north! The facials were outstanding, gentle on my very sensitive skin yet still effective - and the fact that they were half-price meaning we paid about $50 for both of us is sensational! Whilst the service and the facials themselves were outstanding, the only thing I would say is that the brand needs to improve the consistency and clarity of its web presence - the reason the mix up happened in the first place is because there was no easy to find contact number for the Perth CBD salon on the website, and the Facebook page was not particularly well-designed or explicit about the fact that the only contact number on there is for the North Perth salon. Overall a very pleasant experience despite the mix-up.
