Really nice guys. Had a puncture late in the afternoon and they fit me in promptly. Back on the road within 15 minutes.
It was good service and fast but after the alignment still looks like one of the wheels is tilted to the inside.
Well what can I say. I am the manager of Bridgestone Bribie. We offer great service and friendly advise. I have been working here with my Dad, who is the owner for over 16 years. Call in for a chat anytime, I will do my best to help you out.
They were a wonderful help - they took the time to seek advice and ordered all the parts needed from the actual dealership. They did the repairs had the car sent to their local auto electrician to reset the warning light on the dash - saved me an all day visit to the closest actual dealership - and they dropped me home and picked me up when it was all done. I was impressed that they sort advice from the dealership to ensure the job could be done and done correctly. They've Won Me ... Where I normally use to go on Bribie for services, brushed me off and said I had no option but to take it to the nearest Peugeot dealership. UPDATE ... I've continued to use these guys going on 2 years now and they are always prompt helpful and friendly - no complaints here.

A measure of service is not how customers are treated when things are going right but how they are treated when things go wrong. Bridgestone were brilliant. My old Colorado needed a new clutch and within a day of it being replaced the new one failed. While I wasn't happy I understand mechanical failures happen and this was probably a manufacturing issue happening almost immediately There was no issue, no sweat. They took the car in and had a replacement in within a few days. no arguments. I only dropped a star because I had to use my RACQ to get the car towed there. Otherwise great service and they retain my confidence. I'll be going back.
