After writing a 5* review having felt I was being well looked after as a customer, I was charged $700 for 4 hours work having paid over $1200 for work that my local RACQ mechanic checked and said I was extremely over charged - NOT HAPPY and very disappointed.

Further, on that service above, after 48 hours my battery went dead, having been over 3 years old thus needing to call RACQ who also said, that there was "NO WAY IN THE WORLD" Bridgestone Sumner Park checked my battery physically and correctly, otherwise they would have noted the drop in power, although they ticked it as having been checked.

When I called them to discuss this, they said there device must not have been working. I don't trust this specific BRIDGESTONE TYRE AND SERVICE shop anymore. 

I thought these guys were different, but I was wrong, so it looks like I will be looking for another mechanic to look after my car and my wife's.

I now understand that it is the machenics job to look for any kind of work that they can find on a car so that they can PROFIT from the excessive LABOUR charges.

Not happy with this Bridgestone Outlet!

I have been going to Bridgestone Sumner Park with my VW for several years.  I've been again today - the service they provide is excellent - fast, efficient, friendly, good value - and they have a great sense of humour!  Highly recommend them.
