Brent Williams and Associates Pty Ltd (BW&A) commenced operation in 1994 as a Building and Planning Consultancy dealing in all aspects of development throughout the region.
Privatisation of the Building Act 1994 allowed BW&A to be established providing private and independent Building Permits and Town Planning Consultancy.
This allowed for Building Permits to be issued by BW&A without the need for involvement by the Council. The general public and developers can now deal direct with BW&A to obtain any Building Permits for any type of development in both Victoria and NSW.
BW&A not only specialises in Building Permits and Town Planning Consultancy, but can also assist with Building Inspections & Reports, Owner Builder Reports, Essential Safety Measure Reports, and Project Management.
