Vicroads Mildura ,, we all gotta go there somtime or other , if you drive or have a car ,boat trailor ,jetski ,ect ,, yep they deal with the lot.no going here , there , all over the city .service , impeccable, sometimes you have to wait a bit , but its lmportant , so be nice to the people that work there , they are there to help ... and no im not one

I had a very pleasant experience in this VicRoads branch. In the previous VicRoads I was not given my costumer number ehen I bought a car so I was unable to open an account on VicRoads webpage since I hold a foreign passport. But Michelle fixed that right away and helped a ton explaining all the documents and also printed me the Certificate of registration. That is not it she also helped with explaining about the 100 points of proof of identity since I needed that for a forklift licence and she was very knowlegebale and helpful. Amazing experience and very thankful to Michelle who worked there!
I had to get my learner's permit today. I was really excited, but my smile disappeared after the terrible service I received. The staff weren't friendly; not even a smile could be seen from them. They were quite aggressive with their voices, and maybe they were old, but please, maintain professionalism. You guys look bad in front of kids who are excited to drive. Besides, I had to go back to VicRoads to change my name due to their negligence. They thought my name had a middle name and didn't inform me at all. The same thing happened with the change of address. When I registered on the VicRoads website, I specifically entered different residential and postal addresses, but it was changed without notice after I gave them my ID. Luckily, I checked my details before the license card was posted; otherwise, I wouldn't have received my license at all. This is disgraceful; it's 2023, staff, change up your behavior. Just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm stupid. Thank you.
Easy to access and be directed to the counter by way of a computer tap screen. Very modern and the time to be served has been seriously reduced. Extremely impressed.
