If it was possible to give more than 5 stars we would. Buying a new car was made such a simple and enjoyable experience due to our sales person Sam. He was really knowledgeable along with being friendly and provided outstanding customer service. His communication couldn’t have been better from the first phone call even now after we have purchased the car. Sam was extremely busy the day we purchased our vehicle and was actually doing 2 sales at once but we would’ve never known as he was extremely attentive. When we picked the car up he didn’t rush us and took the time to go through all the features with us and ensured that if we had any questions they were answered. We never felt rushed with Sam and he was never pushy. He is a great asset to the team! We also LOVE our car!
Hi Everyone, I would like to say that I just recently bought a brand new Kia Carnival from Kia in Brendale and would like to give a massive shoutout to Sam who was my salesman and who was excellent to deal with and made everything run smoothly and also a shout out to Peta who was lovely and very helpful with setting up my dash camera and gave me some helpful advice on my new car too. Overall I had a wonderful experience dealing with Kia in Brendale and definitely recommend them and look forward to dealing with them in the future for my car services.
