Wholly concur, made appointment, no one turns up. Try phoning, goes to answering machine, leave a request for contact. No response. No one turns up. Bunch of clowns that would do better in the entertainment business. If I had checked this site first I could have contacted a professional instead. A whole day off work wasted.

PATHETIC...DO NOT USE...unless you potentially want a gate that is not working for weeks, a company that when you call they either do not pick up or they say they will be out tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes. This is easily the worst business i have ever dealt with.

Initially this company came and opened a gate that was seized and burnt out by a 5 inch bolt that someone place in it.One star for that only. Then this company installed a new gate motor that did not have the same features yet they said it did. The gate motor has not worked properly since installation, when the remote key is pushed the gate opens, partially then stops, so the remote has to be pushed numerous time for the gate to be fully opened. The remote provided is cheap and flimsy. Recently it was brought to my attention that the remote code numbers do not work, instead anyone can open the sliding gate by pushing any number on the remote key pad which is fixed on the fence outside the gate. This is a major security issue for my household. Yet Ive been waiting 6 days for someone to come. Not once have they turned up when the girl on the fone acknowledged an appointment. History: After the gate was installed, I waited for days for the remote to be fitted properly, they didn't turn up for their appointment. I text the number, he replied, Im at the pictures, can't talk now! Contacting the company is ok, however the girl assures that someone will get back to you, or she books a time for you, they don't turn up, they don't advise you that they aren't coming, they just do not do anything that they say they will do. Have called their company over six times, no-one turns up, no-one fixes the problems they have left. Poor quality remote products, poor customer service, expensive cost to consumer. Still waiting for a call and a person to fix the gate and keypad issues. Sadly, this has been an extremely unreliable company to deal with, they have no Integrity, and a vast lack of communication skills Under the current management, AVOID them and save your money for a reputable company who actually does what they say they will do.

Ordered a sliding gate and motor, time frame reasonable, offered a good price for the package, installed with no issues, highly recommended.

The worst company I have ever done business with. They were efficient when it came to getting the business via "service seeking" however once the work was done they were impossible to get hold of. Ongoing problems with the gate and they've put it in the too hard basket. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
