Absolutely horrified that this reputable travel company booked a transfer with a company that doesn't provide appropriate child car seats. To make matters worse, they won't engage directly, hiding behind GDPR. They ask me to go through my local travel agent, which I have already done - the only answer they give that way is that that transfer company only provides booster seats. Yet they booked this for my 3 year old. I cannot recommend this company to any one given their poor customer service and lack of care for child safety

This had to be the best travel agents to book with Susanne is amazing and goes above and beyond she's only short of packing the suit case I have booked Disneyland Paris many times and Susanne always gets us a great deal
