Nice and clean, it’s a great Bread shop. Grab some bread for your morning. Counter is always busy, she also takes order over the phone while checking out. If someone can help would be better. And the location in a lively area, so no parking spaces here.. only some spaces for 5 minutes stay.

Usually their bread is pretty good but the cake I bought for a birthday today was one of the worst. The box was tattered the moment they gave it to us, but I know, what is most important is the cake itself and unfortunately, it was the worst. It was split, the sponge was stale. It was probably the same cake that was in the freezer when I ordered the cake a week ago. It was a Mango Sorbet cake and it was not worth the $78 I spent on it.

Huge variety of freshly baked pastries and cakes . We had the fluffiest pastry ever ham& eggs pastry was delicious!!!! Will definitely go back for more !!!

Giving notes sometimes is relative....to other competitors , in same branch. So this shop , the quality not excellent but... Much better than many others. The place quite clean, very well placed and choice is wide . Many surprising products of sweet and salted , bit probably taste of the local people.

Terrible customer service. No greeting from staff member when I approached counter to pay and then she proceeded to throw my pastries, bread and pork roll into a bag .... and no thank you for my custom either. Bacon teriyaki roll was awful. Giving it 1 star for mini pork roll and custard donut. Never going back there.

The Strawberry sponge cake which I bought yesterday for my dad's birthday was horrible and not at all worth $55, It was so embarrassing. No value for money. Will never go back.

Buns are pretty good but there are houseflies everywhere! Worst is, when we told the staff working there,her response was “oh yeah,there are flies...” Ended up not going there anymore. Despite having yummy stuff, health and hygiene comes first!

Interesting bread selection, some things looked quite...artificial? Tried their Hokkaido cheesecake. It actually came across as genuine, really good.

Your bake custard bun smiley face is filled with air not with custard. Its very light and there is nothing inside. I always buy in Booragon thats why I know the difference. Stop cheating the customers coz you are in Perth. Make our money worth it!!

Incredible experience. I came in mid afternoon on a Thursday during the school holidays. The food was delicious and I was able to purchase both lunch and dessert at the same time. I could easily select the items I wished to purchase and was served quickly at the counter. The price was also very reasonable and appropriate for the wonderful tasting food. The only thing I could critic about it is that it made me want to spend all my money there.
