Tess is amazing. Extremely professional and very competent with the fabulous new laser. Thankyou for taking such good care of me.

Was good but then staff left and new ones miss a lot of spots when waxing and rush through the appointment. I was left with a lot of hair patches after all off wax for the second time now.

I attended the VIP night last Monday and received 50% discount on my first treatment. As promised, unlike other laser treatments, this was completely pain free!  I'm so excited to recommend it to others and am soooo looking forward to my next treatment! Karli you are the best!

My therapist, Karli, is absolutely amazing.  I have been seeing her for several years, and not only is she very good at her job, she is a lovely person!  Definitely recommend BB Port Melbourne!
