My mother walked into this coffee shop to ask the price of a coffee machine on Monday the 17th of October around 11am. The woman responded with ‘Sorry but I don’t think you could afford it’. How disgusting to speak to a potential customer in this way! You have absolutely no idea of my mothers financial situation and should never assume or judge a book by its cover. For all you know she could have bought every single coffee machine there and then. I have posted about this on the AV neighbourhood page to alert the lovely people of this area of the appalling way you spoke to my mother. How dare you!!
What horrible, horrible people you employ. My mother in law was in your shop last week, asked what one of your coffee machines cost and got told "she couldn't afford it". It was funny in Pretty Woman, this isn't acceptable in real life.
Family owned coffee shop. Pan, John and Nick are very friendly and you feel like you are apart of the family. Love my morning coffee and meeting all my locals
I don’t live anywhere near Ascot Vale but I had my coffee grinder repaired there a few years ago and was so impressed that when my coffee machine needed to be serviced I went straight back. Really lovely, friendly people working there too. I definitely recommend them :-
