Why do you advertise as a truck stop AND toilet facilities?! The toilets are labelled as “Staff Only” but when you look it up on Google Maps it clearly says “Toilet” and the station is labelled a BP Truckstop!
They had a faulty air pump today, so had to call NRMA Road Assistance to fix the tyre to drive back home. Counter ladies refused to give the Manager's name to lodge a complain. On call the Manager was rude, impolite and blamed me for my situation. He refused to take responsibility for the faulty air pump. There is better customer service offered by 7/11 petrol station opposite QHH school. They sure lost a customer.

It’s hardly a Truckstop! No separate bowser for trucks, no truck canopy, and if a semi trailer was to pull in, there is no room between the shop and the bowser to turn around. It is an mis advertisement and a token for an accident.
Great neat site. Customer service from the boy working 6am 9/2 was very friendly. Greeted me as I walked in and great interaction when serving me. Keep up the good work
