The car wash is really bad quality. It was short and didn't even clean the car properly. I have chosen the basic plan $15 and haven't read the fine print. The basic plan doesn't even include drying the car, leaving the water marks all over the car. When I went back to talk to the old guy at the counter to discuss options and feedback, his attitude was really bad and disrespectful. I had to go for another wash later at Coles express. Even the basic wash at Coles express includes everything.
Had car wash today for the first time here and first time in BP and also the last. Car wash quality was bad for $18. It also broke my rear window wipers. Never had such issue in coles express carwash. So bp staff filled up the insurance claim form but was not behaving nicely while asking for my details. When I asked for a copy, he seems to get even more irritated. If customer car is damaged due to your service, your staffs should be nice and professional to get it sorted. So , BP here has bad customer service and bad car wash service.
I spend a lot at this store but they're loosing my business very quickly!nEvery time I order doordash it gets cancelled and when I called rude night shift girl hangs up on me.nIf your not accepting doordash because of renovations to the store, then don't advertise that you are.nIt's a pitty as most staff know me by name and are friendly.
My favourite BP stop in Sydney. Cant start my day without a coffee made by Raspreet. Lovely group of people
12th April 2024, at 1:40 PM, I went to my local BP for an Iced Latte. But this time, a new lady there made it with vanilla ice cream instead of just milk and coffee. I told her I wanted an Iced Latte, not a coffee with vanilla ice cream. She disagreed and said an Iced Latte has ice cream. I politely told her I always get it without ice cream here. Still, she insisted and started making it with vanilla ice cream.nnI asked her to make an Ice Coffee instead if that's what she wanted to do, but she refused. She finished making the vanilla coffee, put it on the counter, and walked away without a word. I didn't touch the coffee and left it there. I felt disappointed because I paid $6 for something I didn't want. She was so ignorant and did not care at all. Me and my family will be boycotting this BP moving forward.
