Lady at the counter today 30th, around 2pm was super friendly, I am writing a review to also pay compliments to her cookies!!!!! As a bakery worker, I thought they were phenomenal!!
nnI’ve been a daily customer at this BP on Riawenna Rd, Salisbury for over 10 years as I work just up the street. The service has always been excellent, but the current store manager, Nay, has taken it to another level. She’s always friendly and welcoming, and you can clearly see she’s passed that same attitude on to all her staff — everyone is consistently polite, helpful and professional.nnA recent example really stood out to me: after I broke my leg, Nay actually delivered my morning coffee to me in the car park. That kind of genuine care and going above and beyond is so rare these days.nnHuge thanks to Nay and her team — this is by far the best service station experience you’ll find anywhere!
“The woman who works the shift before 4 a.m. always behaves disrespectfully. When I asked her for coffee, she spoke to me in a very strange manner and made the coffee her own way. She has no sense of how to talk to customers.”
Charlie at this BP fuel station is an absolute gem! Every time I stop by, she greets me with a warm smile and goes out of his way to help. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and dedicated. Thanks for making every visit a pleasant one, Charlie! Highly recommend this BP station.
