Date: 13/Jan/2018 Time: 3:50am Facilities are new, clean with good lighting. However, encounter with employee was very disappointing. I grabbed two bottles for the 8c discount and below was my conversation with the employee: Me: sorry, you didn’t add in the 8c discount. Employee: oh~ you want the 8c discount? Me: yes, that’s the reason for those two bottles. Employee did his entry: okay, done. I checked the price, which was obviously incorrect, but I assumed It could be my error. But double checked. Me: are you sure this is correct? Employee: yap, discount applied. Then I paid the amount and check the receipt. It was a whole of 8c discount on the bill, instead of 8c per litter. Me: there is an error here, amount is incorrect. Employee:is it? Oh sorry. But I don’t know how to operate the system, can I have you name and number, when you come next time, I will make it up? Me: I am travelling, won’t be next time. Employee looked confused and didn’t have a solution. Me: 60 litter of fuel with 8c, thats $4.80, can I just grab something? Employee: Only the chocolate or these drinks ($4 or less). That’s where I had enough randomly grabbed a bottle and moved on. I have allowed few times for this petrol station to double check, to rectify their errors, but clearly something weren’t right there. BP (with all other majors) offloaded a lot of their stations to private operators, I can only expect drop in service level taking from this experience.

Easy layout for filling car at the bowsers, good range of merchandise in the shop. Amenities are kept clean.

Great customer service, the CSR’s are bubbly, they greet you as soon as you walk through the door even asks how’s my day going, coffee is great, & I never really called in to get petrol from BP as I thought they were expensive but it’s better & cleaner for my car
