Refused to honour displayed price of a product saying the special ended the day before and they couldn't override the cash register. Despite showing the "specials" tag clearly displayed I was again told by a very non BP looking employee behind the counter that they couldn't override the cash register, so I left the goods on the counter and walked out without paying. I can only guess they managed to over ride that part! Staff seen laughing as I drove out. I'm local and I will never be back!!
