Worst service in experience. The staff is ripping off money from people. Washing as well as Vacuum and perfume spray does not work properly (Please see the power of vacuum after use in the photo attached). I selected soap and inserted $2 coin, it was no soap only water. I went to this guy name Jivick (Strange they don't have name batch as well). He came and asked me to enter another $2 coin and he started doing some resetting from is main control room. He came three time to check if soap issue was fixed and it was on the third visit that soap actually started coming out of the spray. By then my spray time was already over. I have to restart soap by entering another $2 coin. After that I rinsed it and took out at Vacuum terminal. One of them was out of order, I used the one that was working and inserted $2 coin. To my surprise even the vacuum wasn't as god as it suppose to be. The portable one at my home does much better work. I thought its just one of that bad days. I started perfume spray and guess what no perfume. What a joke. I thought its better I go home and use my own vacuum. After all this happen I went to the guy in-charge and explain him everything. I asked him to refund $4 for soap which was very genuine and he was the witness for that. I didn't asked for vacuum refund as though it was very weak but it was working. I wasn't there for actually $4, I was there for an apology for the service. To my surprise this guy started smiling and offer to refund just $2. He said as I have used some of the soap when he was testing the soap dispensing, I am not liable to get any refund on that. He went into argument instead of accepting his mistake and when asked for his name he gave his name with an attitude that "you can't do anything to me, I run this place". For sure I am not using their service anymore its not because of the $4 thing, its because of the people they have employed. I know if I don't go there its not going to make any difference to their business, but the business owns an apology to me for their service
