Very disappointing experience this morning around 5:30 AM at BP Opaheke. I ordered a pie and a coffee, but the coffee I received was completely cold. When I politely asked the staff member Honey to make it a bit hotter, instead of fixing it, he started arguing and raised his voice, telling me to “look at the temperature” and claiming it was fine.nnThe situation got worse when I said I didn’t want the coffee anymore. Despite already paying for it, he sarcastically told me, “If you don’t need it, then throw it,” and still said “thank you” in a mocking way.nnThis is not how customer service should be. Rude attitude, no willingness to help, and zero professionalism. Definitely not a great way to start the day. I won’t be coming back

This is my local petrol station I normally fill up it the people are very friendly the lady there makes great coffee and you can always find what you need on the go

I often visit this BP and the price for their Deli items are never correct. After few visits, I pointed to the girl working there. She has been so so rude and said i should be checking price. Isn't it her job to put items correctly and price them? The wrap price was not even tagged and it was put at $4.99 item but she charged me $7 when I asked she started arguing with me.nVery very poor customer service with loads of attitude.
