Please check pump number 8 it started the money before the petrol and then kept charging when I had stopped filling. I noted on another pump that someone else who was going to fill and didn't got pulled up for not paying and he was surprised when he said he hadn’t started so did his pump charge before it started. The attendant said he would ask his boss. It’s a very clean and well run place so I hope they sort this out.
Not sure what's happening at this service station. I come here quite often and never have an issue, but recently the customer service here has really detoriated to being non-existent. No Greeting, no smile, just happy to take your money. I work in Retail and customers are always number 1, even if you may never see them again, should always make them feel welcomed. This has definitely not been happening here. I might have to take may money elsewhere to another service station. Also, as someone else has mentioned, PUMP is at $3 or $4 before the fuel actually starts to flow, this was PUMP 7. So please check your pumps, so they start pumping accurately.
Today the guy with long hair on the counter was short-tempered and behaved rudely.

They said system is resetting and I have to wait 10 minutes after waiting 10 minutes and filling my can the retailer said system isn't scanning BP reward card, so they can't give any discount. I don't see any point for me comming here.
