So my friends wanted to go to the toilet after a long drive. One was given access immediately without having to buy anything, although when my other friend who is filipino went in it was made a hassle to use the toilet. The lady at the counter kept on stalling to give her access and kept saying she needed to purchase something after she had already purchased food. When my friend and I went out to the bathroom, my friend ended up walking back to the car and that’s when the lady unlocked the bathroom but muttered a comment about my friend being asian. This service was terrible and we shouldn’t expect racism when coming into a normally good place with service. I am incredibly disappointed and hurt by this experience.
Extremely rude man that serves our community here in Putāruru. I asked if I could get some cash out, but was denied for no specific reasons at all. He is always intimidating while I go in there like he's not going to serve me. I go to another worker if hes on shift, that's how bad he is towards customers.nBP would be a much better gas station if their workers actually cared for the customer
Dianne absolutely rude service. You work in customer service. It is your job to be pleasant, helpful and to make every customer that visits your place of employment enjoyable. Weither a customer is wrong THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!
So the old lady doing night shift needs retirement zero customer service absolutely reckless behaviour need to hire a person who knows actually something about customer service what a bloody waste of time to go there
Very disappointing service from one of the staff. We went to buy some food and for using toilet around 10:40pm. But the staff was saying first i need to buy the food also he was talking very rudely that this is not public toilet and all . I heard that BP gas station is serving really good service but from this experience was really worse. The staff doesn’t have proper manner to talk with customers. Not recommended at all
