The worst staff I’ve ever seen anywhere in Australia because my car didn’t start after I refuel my tank at BP so I let him know that it’s gonna take 20 minutes as RACV on it’s way but still he said I need to move my car ASAP because I’m blocking other customers. Bro it wasn’t intentionally that my car got broke down.

HinI went to this fuel station today i.e 25 September 2023@around 9:20pm  I’m a uber driver the person who was working he said the scanner is not working and he mentioned my boss told me to say like this to customer as i been to other bp when this thing happen they used to do manually really disappointing

There is one guy working at this branch 989 sydney road coburg he has some personal issuesnHe is very rude and arrogant I just coming from store and when I asked for Uber discount he told me scanner is not working and literally it was working and he was making lame excuses and he did this same with me for second time first time he told me we are not connected with Uber for discount and now he told me scanner is not working I can share you my receipt as well he is so sick minded person he is repeating the samenPlease kick out this guy he don’t deserve to work with BP

They generally hate customers. Drive on. If you are a minority you may as well give up. I tried to buy fuel on one occasion and they judge you by your looks. Tonight I was walking the dog a whippetand wanted an ice cream but wasn’t allowed in to choose. So terrifying a pair we were. Life is too short for people like this
