I ordered breakfast for both myself and my son to have a breakfast together and they conveniently forget my breakfast. My son was almost finished his when I decided to go and ask for mine. Instead of apologising for the mistake all they could tell me was it wasn't on the docket, well i thought to myself it was on the docket when I paid for it. So they proceeded to search thru the bins for the docket wasting more time instead of just fixing my order. My son had well and truly finished his by the time they started cooking mine. When it was finally brought out all I got was a quick sorry about that, no compensation or anything to make up for the time lost and the fact that we had to watch each other eat. They could hav at least offered my son a free drink or something while he was waiting for me. So disappointed in the service these days. Use to be a very nice place and the service was great. Now they treat people like they are a hassle to serve and I have witnessed their rudeness to certain customers at times. Such a shame I use to love coming here for breakfast lunch or dinner as I only live down the road. Have had a few people in my area say the same thing so I thought I would give it a go for breakfast and the word if mouth going around seems to be correct. They have lost their customer service with the way they treat people. Hire people who appreciate their job. I know plenty of people that would love a job and would be great at it.

Paid $27 for a meal so small that my 7yr old would have asked for seconds. Your feeding truck drivers not toddlers
