The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.nnAll I did was splash the water to my car and cleaned all the windows. Re-fill the bucket and flushed it out. Probably spent 5 minutes doing that. The lady told me that I can “clean” the car but not “wash” the car. The way she spoke was condescending and rude.
Cheap fule, but dont go into de Pieface.nThe attention is atrocious, the lady was rude, couldn't figure out how to make the coffee machine work and overcharged us and refused to fixeit even we show that the advertised prices were different. And the pies were ice cold. Defenetly not coming to this United. You can get the same prices elsewhere.
Angela served me and was extremely rude wounded get of the phone when there’s a line nearly out the door until told to, asked for spinich and ricotta got curry she yelled at me that is spinach and ricotta! Not it’s not luv why’s it orange for ‍ not to mention that it was frozen but she said that’s no her problem. “What do you want me to do about that” the last time I went there I got moldy bread, and she is never willing to give a refund or refer me to manger or anything just hangs up when she realises she’s in the wrong, I went back into the store and she still refused to do anything about it. Be for real
Unpleasant experience. Got petrol and a new product advertised all through the premises. An egg and bacon pastry.nShe overcharged and then said she didn’t know about the special. She was reluctant to rectify and still got the change wrong when she did. She was rude and I am not keen to revisit the store. Liberty Od close and not so rude. The product was good.
My partner walked in with one working arm and the attendant couldn't even be bothered to help him. Shame on you! No compassion at all.
