I recently had a very disappointing experience at this gas station. It seemed like an employees was being trained to be rude and unhelpful. They refused to provide service when I needed assistance and wasted my time with their dismissive attitude. I expected a much better level of customer service, and this experience was far from satisfactory. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall experience for customers.

Shocking service in fact no customer service.Went to two BPs both ATMs were not working I think common sense would kick in if your atms are not working then you need to be able to offer cash out to people esp if there is nothing else in the area!.nI asked for $100 cash out and was told it was a safety concern like that's a actual insult .The staff are just lazy rude and quite frankly shouldn't have a job.nDo not recommend.

BP equals to Best Pie, never let me down, always same.

Always get my morning coffee here. The loveliest of lady's makes it for me in the morning. Love her to bits. Also really like Olivia great service from her also!!! keep it up.

Can anybody tell me who works at this gas station between 5-6am? Such as boy or girl?
