Parking sometimes is at a premium, but you expect that when a place has a good rep. Clean hot showers, laundry facilities if needed, variety of hot and cold food & drinks. And a clean,comfortable truckies lounge. Never had a bad experience here of late.
Generally have a good experience here, I come most days for coffee and snacks on my way to work, but when I see that I’m about to be served by Amanda, I know things are going to go down hill. I have never seen her smile, she is rude in how she speaks to you, looks you up and down or just gives you a rude look like as if you’re interrupting her day by needing to be served. Most of the other staff are pleasant to deal with but she sticks out as just being plain rude. No customer service whatsoever.
Amanda who works here is HORRIBLE. She can't smile, is rude to everyone single person I have seen her serve..and yes one day I called her a witch cause she deserves it. Just saw her be rude to ANOTHER customer. Gave feedback to the manager. Smile Amanda
Even though I am not a truck driver, I do occasionally go to the BP truckstop for a bite to eat. A wonderful selection of restaurants, friendly staff, smiling truck drivers, showers and a wonderful atmosphere are all reasons why this truckstop is awesome. I love it. I rate it 4/5 stars.
Majority of the staff are lovely but there is one older lady thats very rude. Many encounters with her, she doesn’t greet me or really acknowledge I’m there. Got attitude with me when I didn’t understand something she said regarding cigarettes on one encounter and tonight rolled her eyes when I said no to not getting fuel.

This is a nice Service Center on the Logan Motorway. There are MacDonalds, RedBooster, and other cafes inside the spacious building. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Toilets are very clean. There is a small play area for kids. Also one ATM inside the building. Parking is free for three hours. Exit is a bit confusing as there is no clear directions back to the Motorway.
The night staff here are Awesome. Make the best coffee ever. Love your work guys. I special thank you to the cleaning staff you have your work cut out for you with the whole extra cleaning due to covid. But still always happy and always up for a quick chat. Thanks everyone. See you tonight for our coffee run.
Never any available truck parking Parking is full of unattended trailers
General Comments Great new facility and well positioned. could use another food outlet slightly from the others. Service 7/10 Service refers to the helpfulness of staff. Entry staff to food service through to cleaning service. Facilities 9/10 Are the facilities modern and up to date. Cleanliness around walking areas eating areas and toilet areas. Product Range 7/10 Does the store carry a good range of core product? E.g. Electronics store has good of T.V. Speed and Accuracy 9/10 What is the wait time to process payment? Was the product info given accurate or a pitch?
