Very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude staff, did not expect from someone who is leading the team and if he acts like that, don’t know what to expect then. Ask the lady politely if I can get my home made food reheat as it was really cold and she said no, I can’t reheat my food here which i understand as business point of view but there is a way of saying it, Really sad with my experience there and hope this would never happen to anyone again and needs to be more professional and polite on work especially when doing customer service.
Very bad experience there….. the staff is too rude behaviour… actually i order the chicken burger… i told them that make the burger fresh and hot…. After that they given to me cold burger… when i again said them why its not hot… the girl staff is start arguing with me… even they not feel sorry for bad service… i am the regular customer of them….. I advise to you all that give the customer good service… specially the girl staff is too rude behaviour 10/april/2026…. 9:00 am
Dear manager or owner I am writing this review regarding your careless staff.nI waited for at least 15 minutes and didn't get any service from your staff. The store is open and no one's at the counter. Two of your staff members came out and were pretending to be sleepy. I request the management please train them or else you can find better people to perform their duties honestly
The disabled toilet and shower for truck drivers was locked the staff didn't have a key for it and I only have one leg so it's very dangerous trying to have a shower in the other shower BP has to lift it's game there are BP that have disabled shower you can't get to use the BP at Goondiwindi and Kewdale and the brand new one at Parkes NSW is a disgrace it doesn't have a disabled shower at all the old site did but they were to cheap to put one in the new site
This is great for travelers, has shower you just have to swap your car keys to get shower key, great food and parking is free just b ready for trucks running they the night as it is a truck stop
