I just wanted to give some feedback about the older lady who was working today Tuesday, 24.06.2025. My mom paid for fuel and politely asked if she could use the restroom, but the lady rolled her eyes and was pretty rude about it.nnThis isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with her. On one occasion, I was in line behind a white lady who she greeted with a smile and was super friendly to. But when it was my turn, her whole attitude changed—she looked annoyed and spoke to me like I was a problem.nnThere was also another time when we came late at night for fuel. She saw us waiting outside we made eye contact, but she didn’t open the door right away. Instead, she pretended to be busy while we waited in the cold, even though she clearly knew we were there.nnI understand everyone can have a bad day, but this seems to be a pattern. If you're working in customer service, being respectful and fair to all customers should be the bare minimum.nnJust wanted to bring this to your attention. Hope it helps improve things moving forward.nnThank you! Please do something about this. Because it’s a shame for that kind of worker bring a bad image to your branch.
I stopped here to put fuel in and accidentally left my card at home. My fuel light was on and I didn't have enough fuel to return home or go to another service station.nnI trird explaining situation to the lady at the counter.nnbefore I had even finished explaining she cut me off and said no to paying by card over the phone.nThis has left me stranded and forced my wife to drive 45 minutes with 5 kids to bring me the card.nnI know BP offers this as a way to pay. As I've had to use it before when I've left my card in my work car.nnI'd recommendnndo not stop at this BP.nservice is poor, they are rude and extremely inconsiderate.
This used to be my go to servo to refuel with LPG on my way to and from Brisbane. Pulled in there to refuel the other night only to find they have removed the LPG pump. I have no reason to stop there anymore.
It's a FUEL station on the dag highway not to be confused with a inner city espresso coffee bar. Also there's a lavatory up near the bakery and/or plenty of trees around for those emergency situations next...
As a local, this servo has become a joke. There’s no toilet, because staff can’t clean it, half the time there’s no water to wash my windscreen, Can’t wash you’re hands, Small fortune for stale food, Might pay to look into it. I will now be driving the extra 10 minutes to the next servo, Where they have the correct facilities to serve customers.nnRude and arrogant staff, been told many times by the lady with short blonde hair no to using the toilet but sometimes the other staff let you in. Beyond a joke, it’s unethical to pick and choose who can use a toilet. Some disabilities are not visible it’s discrimination.
