Had to argue with older lady to use the toilet because i diddnt pay for the feul my partner did and only paying customers are able to use the toilet very rude will go else where not supporting locals to get treated like that

Extremely rude older short lady with grey hair. I showed up at 10.30 at night and had to buzz to be let in. The lady walked slowly up to the door to let me in and stared me right in the eyes (looking at me like I was a piece of dirt). She opened the door looking very unhappy, I said "hey how you goin" she looked at me in disgust and turned the opposite way without as much as a hello. As a result I left without buying oil for my car as I have never felt so unwelcome anywhere in my entire life. 

For this reason I will never step foot in this place again, terrible customer service. If this lady is trying her best keep customers from coming back she is doing a great job.

extremly rude older lady that works here and is always out to make anyones life difficuilt.the lady with the dark hair and lots of silver jewellery on her hands and fingers she has worked there for years,my latest height of her rudeness i experienced was when there ATM wasnt working so i asked for cash out after purchasing fuel,to which she replied we only do cash out berween 6am and 5pm and it was exactly 5.55am and she would not let me get any so i drove into Woodford to go to an ATM to get my son some lunch money for School.

This service station can get very busy on the weekends . Has a good fruit and veg stall selling local produce
