Went into the cafe on the 30th March around 7:30pm, I ordered a roast beef and gravy roll with regular chips. I give 2 star for the chips but the roll was disgusting the gravy was a paste and the beef was dried out. For $15:50 actually expected it to be palatable. Do better!

On 23/2/26 between 10am and 11am, I attended this store to purchase a drink and food for my unwell daughter. I was repeatedly yelled at to remove the hood attached to my shirt, despite my face being clearly visible at all times.nI calmly informed staff that I wear it due to a diagnosed medical condition stated the conditionand that I have medical documentation supporting this. I was not asked to leave. Instead, staff continued to pressure me to remove it after being made aware of the medical reason, and this occurred in front of other customers.nA store policy is not law. Businesses are still required to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, which requires reasonable adjustments when a medical condition is disclosed. I was not concealing my identity, nor behaving in a way that justified refusal of service.nBeing repeatedly challenged in front of others after disclosing a medical condition was unnecessary, embarrassing, and humiliating. I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere.nI suggest management review their legal obligations and provide staff training to prevent this happening again
