Why do the service attendants constantly waste my time with the stupid way they do things.
Making me do fuel card payments first before purchasing drinks with cash.
I have the cash out, i dont want to put it away to get my card out, and then have to put my card away again before i get the cash back out to pay for a drink. 
It makes much more sense to hand cash over, then when your hands are empty, get out your card and swipe/tap. And you can walk away while fiddling around with getting the card back in the wallet. I refuse to swipe my velocity card anymore because they are so unbelievably slow its not worth my time.
Not to mention the fact that sometimes I randomly get asked to insert my card rather than tapping it, and when I ask why they wont give me an answer, they just wont let me tap.

I dont think I've ever run into a less intelligent person than the manager at this BP. Absolutely clueless.

worst customer service ever, so rude. The indian guy who works there weeknights is always on the phone, and he tends to sit in the back. i was waiting at the counter for 5 minutes and he was just sitting by the door way on the phone, he didnt attend until he finished the call. it is like he's working another job in a call centre or something
