I’ve been a loyal and honest customer at this service station for quite some time, and I was very disappointed by a recent experience.nnAfter entering my phone number into the loyalty tablet, the screen clearly said I could enjoy a free coffee. But when I mentioned it at the counter, the staff couldn’t verify it and immediately questioned my word. That was frustrating and felt unfair, especially considering my consistent support of the business.nnWhat made things worse was how I was treated. One of the staff members moved my hand away in a disrespectful manner, telling me I had to “give the machine time,” even though I wasn’t insisting or rushing. I was simply trying to explain what I had seen on the screen. That gesture felt unnecessary and rude, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unvalued.nnIt’s not just about a free coffee—it’s about being treated with basic respect. I truly hope the staff can reflect on how they interact with customers and that the loyalty system is checked and improved so that others don’t go through the same situation.
