Ordered 2 coffees here, the mocha tasted like a flat white and the latte had no syrup in it despite me asking and it being put on the label. On top of that the coffee shot was very bitter and not adjusted properly. Bit disappointing for bp standards
Stopped at the BP in Bulls to grab some snacks on our way to Palmy. Witnessed a staff member wearing gloves throw out at least 8 perfectly good pies into a bin. When I asked if they would they sell them at a reduced price to avoid waste, I was told no. Incredibly disheartening and wasteful practice. Super disappointed. Do better, BP!
This is the worst bp I’ve been to so far in Nz. We broke down late at night and not one staff member came to check if we needed assistance or to see if we were okay, specially as we are a mother and daughter travelling alone very late at night. Sort it out Bp bulls, your customer service is horrendous!
Large stop with well serviced toilet block and plenty of food options you can access within the same carpark. Petrol station has everything you need including a Wildbean cafe.
Lady working there didn’t acknowledge customers waiting at counter. She was making a coffee which is fair, but waited literally 3-4 minutes, she was making the same single coffee, and she didn’t even look at the people waiting to purchase. If there were other staff, they weren’t there strange experience
