Brilliant. They make a good brew here and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Those Southern Fried Chicken nuggets... Don't have them... They represent a very very slippery slope... They're so refreshingly addictive and make all the bad things in life go away, one mouthful at a time.
Shocking says it all. There was a queue 9 deep waiting to pay for petrol while the 3 people all attending to coffee. When I asked why the focus was all on coffee and no one on cashier taking petrol transactions I had the guy argue back at me. So rude - this place is shocking !!
The staff is unpolite. They always closed the toilet for their customers. Even after requesting they did not open for me. Shame to worldwide BP name.
The level of service has gone down hill in the last few months, a place like this in Central city needs to upto a high standard with quality staff working.
Wow. This is the place to go if you want to be ignored and if want your coffee slopped into a cup and served cold. Dirty filthy place.
Im sorry to the guy on the tills tonight for banging on the windows I didnt realise the nuttyish guy on the pushbike in the front of the que was getting 16 ? - 20 ? pies, and I thought you didnt realise there were 7 or 8 people qued up at the window me one of them :/ You guys in there do a great job and are chilled and nice. Thank you.
As usual for this type of business the service was professional and adequate. The food ranger is good and at fair prices. The coffee is generous and tasty.
It’s one of more busy BP I have been in, they make ok coffee they have good selection of food, but not for vegetarians, don’t get me wrong they do have bit of options. But not as much as if you are into eating meats. Just add more options for vegetarians please. I don’t like MAC D’s but it’s awesome having one right next to you. I know a lot of people that really enjoy having so close.
Staff were really good. However I had a not so satisfactory experience with the car wash. I took the $25 car wash after a long drive. It seemed to be a usual high pressure water wash. Couldn't find any traces of soap/foam being sprayed. Didn't clean the dead insects squashed on the back of the rear mirrors and bonnet. Was supposed to dry the car after the whole process but it still had water spots which I had to manually wipe off with a micro fibre cloth before I drove out of the pump. Perhaps I expected more from the "Ultra Clean" Ad. Its just a regular water sprayer. Same result I got after driving my car on a very rainy day.
With multiple entries and exits, it's easy to get in and out. It can be busy but I've rarely had to wait long to refuel. The in-car app makes everything quick and easy.
