Customer service is always amazing lovely workers and people

I always feel  like I'm  being  ripped  off, 1 week I  get alot for my money then the next my chicken has a big piece  missing out of it and the petrol  is lower and yet I  put more in, and today was the app doesn't work so I didn't get my discount. What is the problem, of course I'm going to say something when I see these things happening and it upsets  me that some staff seem to think it's funny to stuff customers around, if there petrol  wasn't so good  I  wouldn't go there

It's love and friendly & good service. Unfortunately  due to the modern trends of driving off without paying. You only get $99 at one go. You then have to go in & get them to reset  very frustrating for me
