From meeting Annette at the front desk to David who helped us plan everything, Heather and Kieran who helped us on the day I would like to thank you all for being so professional and also kind to my family and I during this difficult time. David especially replying emails late night or over weekends at times helped myself and family feel at ease with all the things we were worrying about. The way you all talked to my family and I was great. We always felt comfortable with the words you spoke and the way it was said.
