Even after booking an appointment I waited for 20 minutes.  My pedicure was rushed, nails clipped but not shaped, old nail polish left on my skin.  Legs given a brief exfoliation but no moisturiser applied after.  A very brief swipe of rough skin on my heels?  $40 thankyou,  I won’t be back.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

So I rang at 1 to make an appointment for 1.30, I was told to come now so i said yes ill be 10 min. I get there and there was already 5 having nails done and 2 feet!!!! Seriously? They said can i come back in 15 min. I said i just rang and you said come straight down!!! So I said thats fine I'll come back. WHAT A ABSOLUTE JOKE. This is not first time this has happened. I won't be back!

I went for a pedicure today after a huge night at work and it was very rushed 2 customers in the salon and I was the 3rd no massage, just a quick exfoliate for 15 seconds. Not relaxing at all, Just a hurry job. I will spend the $40 somewhere else next timeService:&nbsp;Pedicure

After the Eyebrow wax and tint the beauty technician showed me the result in the mirror attached to the overhead lamp. At the time I thought it a bit odd because the mirror was about 40cm away from my face - impossible to have a good look at that distance. Once I got home I had a good look and found she had waxed off half my right eyebrow!!! She had left the tint colour on my skin to make it look like I had a complete eyebrow. Absolute horror story of shoddy and unprofessional work without even the decency of owning up to a mistake. She took my money knowing that she botched the jobService:&nbsp;Waxing
