Delicious pies here, fillings are super juicy and saucy and full! I had a chuckle beef pie and my partner a beef brisket, both were superb! The croissants are so super delicious too, would have loved to come more often if I lived nearby for breakfast waah
The pies are filled with generous amount of soft, well cooked meats. Quick service, and nice ambience for a snack. Chai Latte was good, but wish the cup was a bit bigger for a regular! Will definitely return for their tarts and rolls.
One of the best bakeries in Sydney for a reason. The customer service is always good and so are the pastries and drinks they serve. The iconic tarts are a must try. The Ginger Brûlée Tart is an interesting but an incredible combination which is definitely worthwhile trying. The sausage rolls are extremely nice. I’d highly recommend them.

Their gluten free chocolate cake is decadent and moreish. This time I tried the gluten free lemon cake.. Which was yummy. Very moist and flavoursome. And great service!!
Purchased a loaf of sourdough and a coffee. Both were excellent. Coffee was strong, flavoursome and delicious. The sourdough was fresh, with a scrumptious chewy crust and soft centre. Will be back!
Look, I'm hoping our visit on Sunday morning was just a dip and not representative of otherwise good food here. The staff on service seemed distant or hungover?! and really disinterested. I know it's difficult to be 100% perky in the morning but surely you don't have to be surly either? The coffees were solid, and the food we had some in store and some to takeaway was definitely on par with the Bourke St Bakery standard. Solid 5 star food, just a shame about the overall experience.

Bourke Street Bakery Parramatta is a fantastic up market Bakery and I've been going there for years. We love the Pork & Fennel Rolls, I like the Sour Dough and the coffee is top notch. Great staff too and they do a great job of keeping up during peak times. BIG FAN and highly recommended if you're into baked goods like yours truly is! July 2021: Back heaps and great during lockdowns too!
